Step 1:
Open your WhatsApp app and click on the “three-dots”
menu button located at the top right screen of your Android phone.
Step 3:
Click on “Data and storage usage”.
It will show you how much storage space consumed by WhatsApp on your Android
device.
Step 4:
Click on “storage usage”. Displays a
list of all your conversation and how much storage space each has taken up.
Step 5:
Click on a conversation in the list. All the media associated with the
conversation will appear.
Step 6:
Click on the “Free Up Space” located
at the bottom right corner of the screen and then check-mark the media you want
to delete and click on “delete items”.
Step 7:
Click on clear messages from the Pop up. The message and media will be deleted
successfully from your storage.
